Foreigners who wish to visit our country must, first of all, validate their inoculation scheme on the website mevacuno.gob.cl. Once the application is validated, you have 45 days to travel to Chile. After 45 days, it will expire, and you must request a new validation. Tourists will only be able to enter through the airports of Iquique, Antofagasta, and Santiago's Arturo Merino Benítez airport.
In addition, tourists will have to electronically submit a sworn statement, through the website https://www.c19.cl/llegada-internacional.html , at least 48 hours before boarding. Along with this, all incoming foreigners must show a negative PCR done up to 72 hours before the trip and have medical insurance with a minimum coverage of UDS 30,000.
Tourists with full vaccination + negative PCR done up to 72 hours before the trip + medical insurance + another negative PCR exam done in Chile, will be allowed to start travelling throughout Chile.
PCR's are taken 24/7 at Santiago’s airport and results are ready within 24 hours, PCR exam results done in Santiago’s airport will be available at chile's BioNet
